The payment for orders can be made by Paypal or by credit card without creating a PayPal account.

For a payment by credit card without Paypal account, the user must select “Paypal” in step 4 and confirm the order. On the Paypal page, he can to click on “Don’t have a Paypal account? Pay with your credit card as a PayPal guest”.

Order still saying ‘processing’.
Orders are packed and posted from 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
Provided your products are in stock & we are not experiencing unusually high order volumes, the package will be sent within 48hrs except for weekends. However, if you purchased an item that is on ‘BACKORDER’ your parcel will be held until that item has arrived in stock.
BACKORDERS usually take no longer than 14 days.

Purchase security.
All products you ordered and have paid for are reserved for your order. Even if the stock level should fall below 0 before your order is posted it will not affect your order.

Delivery delay.
Our products are sent from Hong Kong, delivery times outside Asia are 10 to 15 days on average.

My parcel has not arrived!
We can understand the frustration associated with a late parcel.
A late parcel could be the result of any number of reasons within the either countries postal system.
BEFORE you contact us regarding a late parcel, please check with your local post office. In most cases parcels that do not arrive at your home are waiting for you at the post office for collection.

Wrong item received or parcel missing items.
We take our shipping and dispatch accuracy very seriously.
If you have received a parcel that is incorrect or incomplete, you must do the following within 48hrs of receiving the parcel;
1) DO NOT throw any of the packaging or product materials away. Keep the entire package 100% as you recieved it.
2) Photograph the parcel and it’s contents. The photo must show products, parcel and packing materials clearly.

Failure to follow the procedures above will result in a rejection of the claim.
Never accept a parcel that is crushed, damaged or has been left open, possibly allowing contents to fall out.

Changes to orders after payment.
If you would like to change the details on your order you need to act quickly.
Send to us an email for your request, but it does not constitute an agreement nor does it mean we can act upon your request in time.

Returns & refunds
If you are not happy with your Ninki-UP product you may return it back to the place of purchasefor a full refund on the price of the product. This must be done within 7 days of the purchase arriving and the product must be in new condition with original packaging and all included accessories. Our service centers do not accept crash damaged parts or items that have been modified.
We will repair or replace items based on our study of the product once it is returned to one of our warranty centers. Ninki Concept Limited accepts no responsibility for the improper installation and use of purchased products.
Products MUST be returned to us for inspection.
Liability of the product is restricted to the sale price of the product.

Why do I have to register on the website to make an order?
You need to register so that when your parcel is shipped you can track the status and delivery details from the ‘Your Account’ section.

Do your listing prices include tax?
Taxes. The company Ninki Concept and our shipping stock located in Hong Kong, it is your responsibility to pay the fees charged by the customs of your country or by your post office, if any.

Other terms and conditions

Here are the guidelines for the use of Ninki-UP’s stand in order to enjoy the best practices.
– The Ninki-UP’s stand can be used to may places and ways but also different objects, it is the responsibility of the user to check and judge the appropriateness of its use in all circumstances and situations and must enjoy the stability and the slope of the surface on which rests the Ninki-UP’s stand to prevent falling or sliding of the Ninki-UP’s stand and touch pad or other objects on the support.
– Before you start using the touch pad, check it is centered on the Ninki-UP’s stand and that everything is stable.
– Do not try to move the touch pad placed on the support Ninki Concept Limited. If necessary to move, always carry the touch pad separately and Ninki-UP’s stand.
– The Ninki-UP’s stands are not toys, they should not be used by children under 3 years without surveillance.

Quality of Ninki-UP’s products
We are committed to providing high quality products. The finishing of Ninki-UP’s stands are performed manually, the bonding, polishing or customizations of the arms and feet.
It is possible that some micro bubbles can be seen at the glued parts transparent, we control is especially the last point. The fact that some micro bubbles are visible argument is not a warranty or exchange, unless a lack of vigilance of our quality control.
